I am very impressed that you are trying to sell your house right now. When our house was on the market last year, it sat there for awhile (sorry for the depressing news). I really can't believe that your realtor has the cahones to come clean your kitchen. I'm totally speachless. Good luck again on the sell and enjoy shopping for a new home.
