July 4th....better late than never

This post slipped through the cracks and off my radar.

At least it's not Labor Day yet. :-)

We held our annual July 4th party on well, July 4th.

This year we did something different. Instead of multiple meats on the grill, we did hot dogs and this...

The kids were definitely on board with this decision.









It was such a great day and night with family and friends. We are so blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing people.

We've been doing our annual July 4th party since 2007 when we were in a much smaller house with much smaller babies...
These girls have been friends before they could talk and walk. It's been so great watching them grow up together.

I hope everyone had a great July 4th...if you can remember that far back! Or maybe, I am subconsciously just trying to rewind summer back to avoid school starting next week. Eeeek!
