...a BIGGEST loser, that is!
I lost 3.5 pounds last week! Yay!
I really struggled with the few times we went out to eat, but I powered through and made "smarter" choices than I normally would. Probably still not the BEST choices...but better. :-)
And I gave up all sodas and sweet tea...though McDonalds and Bojangles are slowly trying to break me down with their sweet tea ads.
And we're also trying to stop eating at 8:00pm- 8:30pm at the very latest.
Oh, why wasn't I born with the metabolism of Heidi Klum???
