Friday, June 12th, we took the Johnson cousins on a trip to the NC Zoo. Though it was about 95 degrees that day, the zoo offers so much shade, so it really was a pleasant morning- weather wise. And of course, the kids just loved seeing all the animals.
The "mister" was also a favorite spot.
I was fascinated (like Jake) of the polar bear. I had never actually seen it come out and walk close before. Crazy huge!
I should have bought the unlimited pass for the carousel...
